Developed the full go-to-market strategy, including positioning, audience targeting, and narrative.
Designed and managed multi-platform campaigns across Meta, Discord, and NFT-specific platforms.
Built the community through storytelling, scarcity mechanics, and creator partnerships.
Directed the launch roadmap, whitelist model, and minting campaign with timed drops and a loyalty angle.

Sold out a full NFT collections in a competitive market.
Grew an organic Discord community from 0 to 6,000+ members in under 6 weeks.
Achieved consistent secondary market activity, fueled by strong pre-launch engagement.
