From day one, I led the vision and execution behind Cannaverse’s market entry and brand presence.

What I Did

  • Developed the full go-to-market strategy, including positioning, audience targeting, and narrative.

  • Designed and managed multi-platform campaigns across Meta, Discord, and NFT-specific platforms.

  • Built the community through storytelling, scarcity mechanics, and creator partnerships.

  • Directed the launch roadmap, whitelist model, and minting campaign with timed drops and a loyalty angle.

Results

  • Sold out a full NFT collections in a competitive market.

  • Grew an organic Discord community from 0 to 6,000+ members in under 6 weeks.

  • Achieved consistent secondary market activity, fueled by strong pre-launch engagement.

The Insight

In a noisy NFT space, we focused on emotional connection + smart scarcity — and it worked.
